Our Facilities & Resources
On the lower Level is Training Room 1, which can comfortably accommodate 15 students.
This room is used for the theoretical part of our training. Also on the lower level
is our Training Bar & Restaurant which is equipped with everything you need to learn
the practical side of hospitality, including fully operational espresso coffee
machines, a fully equipped bar including blenders,shakers and fridges, and a training
restaurant boasting new cutlery, crockery, glassware and linen.
There is a kitchen/wet area located on the lower level exclusively for student use,
which comprises of tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge for food and beverage
storage and a microwave to heat up food should our students so desire.
On the upper level is Training Room 2, which can also comfortably accommodate up
to 15 students. It has a number of new computers which use a fast broadband connection
to the Internet and are avalaible to our students during and after training times
for assignments and research.
The Quality Training Company's administrative staff also work on-site on the upper
level. This includes the International Student Support Officer, who provides our students
with on-site support and advice at any time during business hours.
Located within a two minute walk are several hotels, cafes and restaurants offering
a diverse range of cuisine, including Australian, Chinese, Italian, Indian as well
as quick and easy lunches such as sandwiches, fruit and cakes.
