Traineeships combine on-the-job training and work experience while in paid employment with formal off-the-job training.

Certificate II in Retail Operations
This is an entry-level traineeship, designed for people with little or no experience in the Retail Industry.

Certificate III in Retail Operations
Designed for people with a minimum of 2 years experience in the retail industry or have completed Certificate II in retail operations and would like to advance their skills and knowledge in the industry.

Certificate III in Business (Sales)
Designed to suit any industry where the staff have a responsibility for a classic Sales function.

Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations)
Designed for staff with little or no previous experience in the hospitality industry or for those seeking recognition of their skills.

Certificate III in Hospitality (Operations)
Designed for staff who have had experience in the hospitality industry and who are seeking recognition of their skills and wish to further their training.

Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery)
Designed for staff who are wishing to pursue a career as a chef.

Certificate III in Business (Frontline Management)
Designed for people in or about to commence a supervisory or managerial role. The aim of this program is to recognise and develop skills as a supervisor or manager.

Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management)
This program is a General Management Qualification and is therefore applicable to any industry.

Certificate II in Business
This program is an entry-level traineeship, designed for people with little or no experience in Office Administration.

Certificate III in Business Administration
Designed for people with some previous training or experience in a clerical or administrative capacity. The aim is to recognise and develop your skills as a secretary or office administrator.

Certificate III in Business
This program is suitable for people in Retail, Tourism, Sales, Hospitality and Administrative roles in a wide variety of industries. This qualification can include units from Certificate 3 in Business (Frontline Management) for those who are in or would like to gain managerial/ supervisory recognition.
